ID Verification

For compliance and regulatory purposes, Arthur Tech is required to verify the identity of all customers.

All new customers must provide the following information before any transactions can take place:

• Vehicle registration number for all drop-offs or collections

• VAT registration certificate (if VAT registered)

This information is required to meet our legal obligations and to ensure all transactions are carried out in line with environmental and regulatory standards.

Arthur Tech reserves the right to carry out additional checks where necessary to verify the identity or legitimacy of an individual or company.

We may also request further documentation to confirm business details, including company registration information and proof of address.

Arthur Tech reserves the right to refuse service or delay payment if valid identification or required details are not provided.

All customer information is handled securely and in accordance with data protection regulations.
